PANORAMIC VIEWS and just about 2.5 miles off the main highway and sitting right on top of the WILD HORSE MESA! This is a huge, 80 acre (2 - 40 acre adjoined parcels) package. There's plenty to see and do with a little drivetime. The Great Sand Dunes National Park: 45 min., Monte Vista about 70 min. (where 20,000 sandhill cranes stop over during their migrations,) or Red River Ski Area about 50 min.
