STERLING LODGE 1336 BENEVOLENT AND PROTECTIVE ORDER OF ELK has owned and operated this historic icon since 1947. The original building was built in 1918 with additions added various years to expand space and services. With over 31,700 square feet of finish space with 3 levels, this facility could be used for a variety of purposes. The main level has a large grand ballroom with bar and stage, the Dome Room can be used for smaller gatherings or functions, plus a lounge with double sided bar, dining room, full functional kitchen, a meeting room, pool room and large storage dock with walk-in cooler and freezer. Multiple storage areas for dry goods, dishes, and more. There are 2 sets of restrooms, 2 large offices (one built-in safe) and 2 coat check rooms. The upper level features a Grand Lodge room, private bar, memorabilia room, office and more bathrooms. The third story used to be used as a shooting range and could be used for even more storage. There is an old elevator that is currently not in use and in need of repair, The old Hot Water Heat was abandoned for more modern and efficient roof mounted units.
